The stated height for the EM07706 is 33.5 inches. Is the stated 33.5 height from the bed rail to the top of the horizontal support bar or overall height to the top of vertical post?

The 33-1/2 inch height shown for the Erickson Truck Bed Ladder Rack # EM07706 is the assembled height or the overall height. The height of the included load stops is not factored in stick up approximately 6 inches from the tops of the bars. From the bed rail to the tops of the bars is approximately 28-1/2 inches.
