Replacement # 915-0880-11 is a mounting bolt that can be used to attach the side knob # 753-0737-10. For a matching M8 nut use # 938080054. For an M8 washer use # 951081654.
What I recommend is to liberally apply spray lubricant such as PB Blaster or WD40 and let the rusted hardware soak for about 15 minutes. If the hardware will not come up spray more and let it soak again for about another 15 minutes. If you do this several times and it doesn't work then drilling out the hardware would be the only other option.
