Question:

Hello, I am a returning customer to etrailer.com. I was interested in purchasing a drain trap for my new to me 95 Coleman Fleetwood PUP Trailer. I was looking at the Camco RV Drain Trap for 3/4 Diameter Drain Hose Item # CAM37262, which says that it will fit RV sinks that measures 1-3/4 inches in diameter. Then i started to look at Camco RV Drain Hose w/ Drain Trap and Evacuation Flange - 3/4 Diameter - 25 Long Item # CAM37420. Which appears to be the same part as above but includes the hose and evacuation flange for a few more dollars. However, the specs for the drain trap are not shown on the second link and so I was trying to determine if it was the same one and whether that would fit in my Coleman sink. Could you please confirm that the drain trap in # CAM37420 is 1-3/4 inches in diameter at the threads and is that a pretty common size for a RV sink? When I took a measuring tape to the old trap it looked like the threads were 1-3/4 inches Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I spoke with a representative of Camco, and they confirmed for me that the drain trap in # CAM37420, is in fact the same drain trap as Camco # CAM37262.
