Question:
Just wanted to make sure part #63018 will be compatible with my equalizer hitch. Per equalizer instructions hitch ball shank can be no longer than 2-3/8. Part #63018 says its 2-3/8inch long but also says farther down in the description and in the video that shank length is 2-9/16inch long. Can you please clarify what is the exact length of part #63018.

I have a solution for you, however, the Tow Ready 2 inch Trailer Ball, # 63018, has a shank length of 2-9/16 inches. This trailer ball will be too long to fit into the Equal-I-zer WD hitch.
The Equal-I-zer Hitch Ball # EQ91-00-6080, is a 2 inch trailer ball with a 2-1/4 long shank. This is designed to be used in the Equal-I-zer WD hitches. A 1-7/8 inch thin walled socket, like # ALL643216 will be needed to mount the ball to the hitch head.
