Can Stromberg Carlson Trailer Tray Cargo Carrier Hold Generator with 20.1 Inch Width
Updated 06/09/2017 | Published 06/08/2017 >
Question:
So close!! Here are the specs 20.1 x 20.5 x 28.1 inches. I just wasnt sure if 20 inches means 20 inches exactly or if there is a chance for 0.6 inches of wiggle room on the A frame cargo carrier. Thanks!

I went out to our warehouse to take a look at the Stromberg Carlson Trailer Tray Cargo Carrier # CC-255 referenced in your question. I found that the inside width of the tray truly is right at 20 inches. If the width of your generator is even slightly larger than that dimension, there may be issues with fitting the unit within the side rails of the tray.
This cargo tray is a simple, clamp-on installation with included hardware and has a weight capacity of 300 pounds. I have attached a demonstration video on this product so you can get a better idea as to how it works.
