The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class IV - 2" # C14355 is a fit for your 2005 Ford F-series Super Duty truck, but will not fit a 2001 Dodge Caravan. If you are interested in a trailer hitch receiver for your 2001 Dodge Caravan, I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C13362 which is confirmed to fit. This will give you a 2 inch receiver for compatibility between accessories, but you will be limited by your vehicle's towing capacity and tongue weight capacity that can be found in your owners manual.
If you need trailer wiring for your Caravan, I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118376. This harness connects to your factory wiring behind your driver's side tail light.
For a ball mount, I recommend the etrailer.com Ball Mount Kit for 2" Hitches - 7,500 lbs # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.
