The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13050, which is a confirmed fit for your 2007 Cadillac SRX, is a great option for a receiver. To get your Cadillac SRX ready to tow you will also need wiring, a ball mount, and a hitch ball.
For a ball mount and hitch ball I recommend going with our Ball Mount Kit # 989900 which comes with 2 ball mounts, a pin and clip, and 1-7/8 inch and 2 inch hitch balls. You will want to measure to make sure that the ball mounts give you the correct Rise or Drop. I have attached a link to one of our helpful articles that explains and illustrates how to do that.
For wiring I recommend using the 4 Pole Harness and Hardwire Kit # C59236. This comes with everything that you will need to install the 4-Pole connector on your SRX including the wiring needed to run to the battery for power.
Just some tech tips for installing the trailer hitch receiver; the heat shield must be modified or trimmed, spare tire will need to be temporarily lowered or removed, and if your Cadillac has an air pump on the passenger side it must temporarily be removed for the hitch to be installed.
