The fairing on the Rola Roof Mounted Cargo Basket, # 59504, is made of a poly carbonate plastic.
Rola does not offer the fairing as a replacement part, but will issue you a new one if it is defected or has any other warranty issue.
Thule makes a fairing for their # TH859XT basket that is similar to the Rola # 59504. The fairing has a width at the widest point right at 35-3/4 inches. And the height at the widest point is going to be right at 6-5/16 inches. It has 5 mounting holes, three at the top, and then two at the bottom. You could measure and see if you think this could fit your Rola. The part number for this replacement fairing is # TH83FR.
