I have a 2000 dodge 2500. Do I need the brackets to mount them.

The K-Source Custom Flip Out Towing Mirrors # KS60179-80C are confirmed to fit your 2000 Dodge Ram 2500. The mirrors install using the same mounting points as the factory mirrors on your truck.
These mirrors are equipped with power and heat which also use the factory connections. Your truck needs to already have these features for them to function on the new mirrors.
