Width and Backspacing of Trailer Wheel in Tire and Wheel Combo # TZ69VR

Question:
I intend to use this wheel assembly on a radial stacker conveyor. The load ratings and size are exactly what I need. To finish my design I need the details of the rim, specifically the location of the mounting flange from one side. Is there any dimensional details of the rim?

The wheel in tire and wheel combo # TA69VR has an overall width of approximately 8.31 inches. The mounting surface is 0.19 inches off center. So from the mounting surface to the inside edge of the wheel is approximately 3.685 inches and to the outside of the wheel it is approximately 4.065 inches. The tire will stick out beyond that another 1/2 inch or so on each side.
