For 5-1/2 foot beds there is only one slider hitch we offer that slides far enough to allow turning clearance. That would be the Demco Hijacker part # DM8550041 as it slides 22-1/2 inches and the hitch you referenced only slides 12.
For a rail kit that is custom fit for your 2013 Ford F-150 with a 5-1/2 foot bed and the Demco we have the # DM8551001 which would be what you would need.
