I contacted TracRac on converting your old rack to fit your 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 2500.They told me that the upper rack off of you 2010 Ford F250 will be slightly taller than the confirmed rack that fits the 2016 Chevy.
If you are ok with the height difference, then your best option will be replace your current base rails with # TH21780. This set of rails is designed to fit the long bed of GMC and Chevy full-size trucks.
There is no way to reuse your current base rails on your new truck. The hardware and brackets needed to mount to your Chevy will not work with the Ford custom-fit rails.
