Diameter of Air Vent on the Valterra City Water Inlet A01-2001VP

Question:
My Keystone Outback 2005 looks exactly like this. On the 1/2inch measurement, is that the inside or outside measurement. I measure mine at 3/4inch across. Want to get the right one! Thanks

This # A01-2001VP would be the same as yours as the air vent is 1/2 inch inside diameter and outside diameter of 3/4 inches.
