My RV is a Coachmen Freelander Chevrolet 4500 model 21QB. Will this windshield cover fit this model?

You didn't say what year Chevy Class C RV you have but the Adco Windshield cover part # 290-2503 that you referenced is a fit for Chevy Class C RVs from 1972-1996.
For 1997-2000 you would want the part # 290-2408 then for 2001-2016 you would want the part # 290-2510.
