IT STATES THIS WILL NOT FIT WITH SPARE TIRE UNDER VEHICLE. DOES THAT MEAN IF I REMOVE THE SPARE IT WILL THEN FIT? OR A COMPLETE NO GO. IF THIS IS THE CASE, WHAT IS THE SOLUTION? TYANKS

If you removed the spare from underneath your 2014 Mini Cooper the Curt hitch part # C11417 would fit.
