Looking for the best air lift suspension for my 2007 Cadillac Escalade ESV. What do you recommend?

Both the Firestone # F4108 and Air Lift # AL60769 helper springs are confirmed to fit your Cadillac Escalade as long as you don't have the auto-leveling option. If your Caddy has the auto-leveling you'll need to go with the Firestone.
There isn't a lot to separate the two. They install the same and have the same purpose and ratings. Firestone does have the brand recognition. You really can't go wrong either way.
