What all do I need in order to install a second battery in my 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 to power my slide in truck camper and protect my main truck battery? Thanks

Helpful Expert Reply:
You will need a battery isolator like the Deka # DW08770. This will install by running between your alternator and your truck's current battery. Then the second battery will run off the isolator as well. If you need a 120 amp isolator use # DW08771.
For an install kit we have # DW08769.
