Recommendation on a Trailer Hitch to Fit a 2016 Fiat 500X

Question:

I want to install a trailer hitch on my 2016 500X and see you have a Curt for it. However, Class III is much more than I need and way more than the little car should be towing. It will be used for a bike rack. Also, a 1 and 1/4 inch receiver opening would be preferable. Looks like nothing like that available anywhere Ive looked. thank you - Ive always been pleased with your products and service in the past.

For your 2016 Fiat 500X, I recommend the Curt Hitch # C13271. The Curt hitch is made of quality materials.

I understand that the Curt hitch may look way too heavy-duty and rated too high for your Fiat, Curt has installed and tested their hitches and feel that they will work well with your vehicle.
