Does Pack'Em Expansion Pack PK-OP2 Come with Tower Mounts

Is the mounting bar supposed to come with this? I did not get it with my order

The # PK-OP2 is designed to fit the part # PK-BM to complete the rack. It's an expansion rack which is why it does not come with the bars needed.
