Do you sell replacement adhesive clear vinyl/acrylic pads that protect the vehicles paint from the windshield fairing touch points?

I have a solution for you. However, the clear acrylic pads are not available.
Yakima does offer # Y8870045 Replacement Foot Pads. This part will work as a replacement for the foot pads on all models of Yakima fairings. The pads attach to the faring's feet to protect your vehicle's paint.
