I would like to buy these tire chains but will these fit my 175/70R13 tires? Thanks.

For your 175/70-13 tires the best choice is the Titan Chain # TC1520 chains with square links in diamond pattern for maximum traction. If your Owner's Manual recommends only using Class-S low profile chains these will meet that requirement as well.
I also recommend the Glacier Rubber Adjusters, # PW100, for easier installation and a better fit. I have included a video review of these adjusters for reference.
