What are the dimensions of these tie downs?

On the Erickson Hide-A-Hook Anchor, part # EM09094, the dimensions are as follows.
Looking at the front of the anchor the width of the anchor is 3-9/16 inches and the height is 2-1/8 inches. The depth or thickness of the anchor is 1/2 inch.
The measurement of the mounting holes from center to center going left to right is 2-3/8 inches. The measurement of the mounting holes from center to center, top to bottom is 5/8 inch.
With the folding T-hook extended out from the anchor the distance from the anchor to the inside edge of the hook is 3/4 inch.
