On your 2015 Subaru Outback I suggest the Yakima LoadWarrior # Y07070 if you have at the factory roof rack. I've attached a video for you to take a look at.
If you need a roof rack first it will depend on the style of roof you have. If you have rails that run front to back and are flush to the roof I suggest the Yakima round bar system:
48 Inch CrossBars # Y00408
SkyLine Towers # Y53TR
RoundBar Adapter # Y03536
Landing Pad # Y00241
If your rails are raised and not flush to the roof use the Rhino-Rack Vortex # JA7975 in black or # JA7956 in silver.
