A 2010 Kia Sportage trailer hitch receiver will not fit a 2011 Kia Sportage. There was a change in the design between those model years. For a 2011 Kia Sportage, I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 75717 for all models. These hitches have a square tube design along with a black powder coat finish over an e-coat base for superior rust protection.
If you'll be towing I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118526 for your 2011 model. It will quickly connect to your factory wiring at the back of your Sportage and has power drawn directly from the vehicle battery to protect your system. It uses 16 gauge bonded wire.
For a ball mount, I recommend the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount - 2" Hitch - 5" Drop, 5-1/2" Rise - 7.5K - Black # BWTS10038B. This gives you two hitch ball sizes as well as a stowing feature when not in use to protect your shins when loading cargo. It also has a nice clean look.
