Can I charge a auxiliary battery by taking power and ground while truck is running from the 7 pole trailer plug in on the back of a 2015 tundra? Thanks

The amount of power you get from the 7-way plug on the back of your 2015 Tundra will give enough power to maintain a charge on the auxiliary battery but will not charge it.
If you are wanting to charge an auxiliary battery without a 110 service you can use a charger like part # 331-BCDC1225D. This charger can use up to two 12V sources like an alternator or solar panel to charge an aux battery.
If you prefer charging the battery with a 110 service I recommend the NOCO Genius Mini # NOC34FR.
