HT58 Hitch Adapter Dimensions

Question:
What is the distance between the end of the 1 5/8inch portion to the hole on that end i.e. the end which goes into the hitch receiver. The hitch receiver welded onto my camper is about 1/2inch short for mounting my bike rack.

I wasn't sure exactly which dimension you are looking for on the # HT58 so I attached a picture that has all of the dimensions on it we have.
