There are adapters that will allow a Blue Ox tow bar to fit Roadmaster base plates. The adapter you need will depend on the base plate kit. If you're using the Roadmaster EZ Base Plates # 52728-1 the adapters you can use are the Blue Ox # BX88178 or the Roadmaster # RM-032.
I've attached an article that shows what base plate adapters are compatible with which tow bars.
