Installation of Relays of the # 118253 on a 2010 Honda Ridgeline

Question:
Good Day - I recently purchased wiring harness # 118253 for my 2010 Honda Ridgeline RT. In response to a previous question about this installation you stated: The location for the install port on your 2010 Honda Ridgeline for the part # 118253 is different than for the Pilots. I spoke with my contact at Tow Ready and he said that the harness that the black converter box plugs into on your vehicle is behind the kick plate on the driver side. So the panel to left of where the drivers feet will be is what you would need to remove to install the box. My question is: Do the fuses and relays also fit into this same kick plate location ? Do I still have to get behind the dashboard ? Thank you for your time and expertise.....

To install the Tow Ready # 118253 on your 2010 Ridgeline, first find the relay block. The relay block is located under the dash above where the driver's left knee would be, and the fuses install in the subfuse box located on the firewall in the engine compartment. To access the relay block, you'll need to remove the driver's side end of the dash (the part that's up against the door when it's closed) and insert a screwdriver into the hole that's there to pry the relay block up off it's mounted to.
