For your 2010 Honda CR-V, I recommend the Kat's Heaters Custom Engine Block Heater - Frost Plug Style - 120V - 400 Watts - 28 mm, # KH11419. If you have the 2.2L it will install in the Rear Center of your engine. If you have the 2.4L, it will install in the Rear Right of your engine.
