Low Clearance Tire Chain Recommendation for 2014 Audi Allroad with 245/45/R18

Question:
I need low profile snow cables for my 2014 Audi Allroad. My tire measurements are 245/45/R18. Could you please let me know what low profile cables you would recommend? Thank you

For low profile tire chains that fit your tire size of 245/45/R18 I would highly recommend the Thule Easy Fit tire chains part # TH04115104. These chains are my favorite because they only require 9 mm of inner clearance, they have a 5 year warranty, but mainly because of how easy they are to install.
Some chains are somewhat difficult to install, which is a pain when you consider the weather conditions you will be in when needing to install them. These chains on the other hand install in a matter of seconds.
