The best one for you will depend on your specific needs and budget.

Jounce springs like the Timbren kit # TFR250SDG are relatively cost-effective, simple to install (no drilling), maintenance-free and they provide independent progressive suspension support. These will not alter your unloaded ride quality but when you're towing or hauling heavy cargo they will give your suspension the help it needs to reduce road shock and body roll.

Air bag kits cost more, are more complex to install and do require some TLC from time to time, but they give you the flexibility to adjust your suspension support to any given load. If used with an in-cab compressor unit you can make those adjustments on the fly.
