Question:
The part number I'm looking at is 13364, Class III, 2". It doesn't tell me if kit includes wiring. For my application, I will be pulling only a trailer which will hold my Honda Trike and possibly an occasional Harley Bike.

For your 2015 Chrysler Town and Country, I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver Class III - 2", # 13364. The exhaust must be temporarily lowered for installation. Trimming of the fascia may be required. I've attached a video of this install for you. It does not come with the wiring harness.
For the wiring, I recommend the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector, # C56331. This is an easy installation of a 4-way flat trailer connector by plugging the harness into factory wiring already available behind your vehicle tail lights. This harness has a powered converter that connects directly to the battery to avoid overloading your vehicle's electrical system.
For a ball mount, I recommend the Rapid Hitch Adjustable, Steel Ball Mount Kit w/ 2 Hitch Balls - 4" Drop or Rise - 10,000 lbs, # AM3461. This adjustable ball mount will allow you to adjust your height to allow you to tow your trailer level. It includes a 2 inch and 2-5/16 inch hitch ball option. It also has optional locking pins # 34061405-D.
