I have a 2016 Ram 2500HD with and 8foot bed. I have a Bak X2 tonneau cover BAK-39214 Do you have a rack system that will fit with this setup?

The BAK Revolver X2 Hard Tonneau Cover # BAK39214 is compatible with stake pocket mounted items. So a ladder rack like the TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH43003XT-000 will work for you.
The TracRac SR slides in T-track base rails along the full length of your 2016 Ram 2500. It's made of light weight aluminum, removes easily, and doesn't require any drilling for installation. I've linked video about the rack for you to take a look at.
