For your dually setup of tire size 245/70R19.5 the tire chain from Titan Chain # TC4231CAM is a confirmed fit and will work well. These are twist link chains which mean you'll get a smoother ride than a square or V-bar.
The advantage to a V-bar like the part # TC4831CAM which are also a fit is that they work great in icy conditions as the V-bars break up the ice due to how sharp and pointy they are.
Square link like part # PWE4228SC are for the deeper snow which require a bigger link to dig through the snow.
