Question:
I have an audi a3 with naked roof. I will be purchasing a set of bars, but was wondering whether the Yakima skybox nx 16 would fit and allow the hatch to be fully opened. Thanks!

Since I don't know what year Audi you have and what bars you would plan to buy it's hard to say yes or no at this point but I can tell you how to measure to determine if the Skybox NX 16 # Y95AV would allow your rear hatch to open.
You would need to measure from the center of your front crossbar back to the seam of the hatch on the vehicle. If that distance is more than 47 inches the Skybox would fit and allow the hatch to open.
