Question:
I have a RM Falcon2 tow bar used to tow my Ford Explorer. I now want to tow a 1997 Jeep Wrangler Sport. What hardware do I need? What baseplate do I need? I think I also need RM-222 bracket set?

Expert Reply:
If you have a U-channel bumper on your 1997 Wrangler Sport, the base plates I recommend are part # 1415-1. Your Falcon 2 # RM-522 tow bar will work well with these.
If you have a double-tube bumper on your Jeep the base plates I recommend are part # RM-521424-5.
You can use the hardware kit from the tow bar on your Wrangler. I have attached a couple helpful articles about flat-towing you can check out.
For tow bar wiring i recommend part # RM-154.
The Jeep may be at a different height than your Explorer so I have enclosed a helpful article on choosing a high-low adapter. I also attached a link to the high-low adapters we offer you can take a look at.
