Titan Chain Tire Chains # TC339DC meet DOT requirements in all states for any roadway on which chains are required and/or can be used but aren't required by law. There isn't a specific minimum or maximum snow depth for these chains. As far as speed goes most chains including these are rated for 30 miles per hour but if you have to use chains then it is possible that even 30 miles per hour is too fast!
