Expert Reply:
The Titan Disc Brake Kit and Leverlock Actuator w/ Electric Lockout for Tandem, 3,500-lb Axles, item # T4843200, is designed to replace the Surge brake coupler, all of the brake lines and fittings, the hub/rotors, and the brake calipers. Everything is included for both axles.
The only way to be sure this kit will work on your trailer is to check the wheel bearing and seal part numbers and match them to those included in the # T4747200 kit and to measure the tongue on the trailer to make sure the surge coupler will fit.
The Bearings in the # T4747200 kit are # L68149 inner and # L44649 outer. The grease seal is # RG06-050. The coupler is designed to fit on a 3 inch wide channel tongue and has bolt holes spaced 3 inches on center apart.
You must keep in mind that the above mentioned kit is designed for use with 3,500 lb. axles with 4 bolt brake flanges and 14 or 15 inch wheels with 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt patterns.
If you needed a new line kit with the disc brake kit you could use the Titan Hydraulic Brake Lines and Fittings for Tandem-Axle and Torsion-Axle Trailers, item # T4830000.
I have posted some instructions and a video for you to review that may be of some help.
