Will these chains work and which wheels do I put them on front or back . And shipping cost . Thanks

I checked the owner's manual for a 2013 Chevy Equinox and it does indicate that you can use cable style chains. It would appear that your vehicle has 225/65-17 tires so chains # TC1042 will fit. The vehicle manual indicates that the cables can only go on the front wheels and not the rear.
