Question:
can I add a thermastat in line on red wire to keep heated area at a constant temp and keep from running all the time? I have a very small shed about 6 feet wide and 8 feet long and pipes freeze inside in the cold winter. Ill set temp at 40 degrees Thank you.

As long as you have a 12 volt power source for the Rampage Radiant Backseat Heater # RA3501 you could install a thermostat switch on the power wire so that it would only come on in a certain temperature range.
