We have numerous tire chains available for the 265/70R16 tires on your 2001 Chevy Tahoe. I have included a link to them below. For basic chains, I recommend the Glacier Twist-Link Snow Tire Chains with Cam Tighteners, # PWH2228SC. These would be your basic tire chains but they also offer a twist-link design for extra grip and traction and side cams for easy tightening.
