Will this fit a fuzion toy hauler that is 42foot it looks like it gets shorter in height toward the rear mine is 132inch front to back?

For a 42 foot long toy hauler like your Fuzion the part # CAM45759 would work well as it is designed for fifth wheel trailer that are 42 feet long. Yours is a little bit taller than what this cover normally fits 114" tall (front) x 104" tall (rear) but it would still work well.
