To ensure the best fit I suggest the Classic Accessories Spare Tire Cover # 052963753875 since this fits tires up to 33-inches in diameter. And since you intend to install a decorative vinyl sticker this smooth vinyl cover will be a better choice than a fabric cover like # B6103235.
