The various colors of the Saris Bones 2- and 3-bike trunk-mount carriers are shown on the linked page and all do work with most factory spoilers, however the large spoiler on your 2003 Mazda 6 4-door sedan is not considered by Saris to be compatible. In fact Saris' FitGuide shows none of their trunk-mount racks will work with your spoiler. The same holds for Thule. And for Hollywood Racks.
However, my contact at Hollywood Racks noted that while they too do not officially have trunk-mount rack fits on your car (due to that large spoiler) they do have customers who have successfully installed their Expedition 2 Bike Carrier # HRF6-2 on the car by placing it under the spoiler.
An alternative is to install a light-duty Class I trailer hitch # C11308 which can hold up to 2 bikes and in it use a compatible Class I bike rack like the Swagman XC, part # S64650. The XC works in both 1-1/4-inch and 2-inch hitches, is fine for both RVs or cars, weighs about 25 lbs and offers a 10-1/2 inches of clearance from the hitch pin hole. With it you can use accessory anti-rattle hitch lock # S64029 and bike cable lock # e98891.
