I need to order the brackets to install the Firestone air ride system to my 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT.

The various Firestone air bag kits that fit your 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT are shown on the linked page. These include both front and rear axle kits that fit the 1500 with various amounts of lift. You can select your truck's configuration using the drop-down menu tool at the top of the page. The click on the filters to then select either 2WD or 4WD and whether you have a front- or rear-axe kit.
Once you find the kit for your truck you can see the replacement brackets. For instance, if you have rear axle kit # F2071 you can use Upper Bracket # F5376 and Lower Bracket # F5092.
