Curt trailer hitch # C11378 is listed as a fit for all models of the 2014 Nissan Versa Note so that means it would also fit the Versa Note S.

For trailer wiring you would then want the part # 118582 which is also a confirmed fit.

For a ball mount you would want the part # C45521 and pin and clip # F-4. For a 2-inch ball you would want the part # 19258 or for 1-7/8 inch ball part # 19256.
