Replacement Tail Hinge for Extang Solid Fold Tonneau Cover EX83475

Question:
The rear panal to my Extang 2.0 83475 blew off, I need to replace it.Does the panal sold by etrailer include the hinges to the remaining panal? When it blew off it took the hinges with it. Can it be repaired? is it easy to repair?

The hinge part of 83475 does not come with panel # EX83475-62. It is a separate part, # EX83475-64.
Replacing the panel and hinge is not difficult though it may be easier with the cover off of the truck.

Does the hinge part number EX83475-64 come with the two gasket pieces that slide into the grooves of the hinge.
