HI I have a 2008 outback wgn does the BX3613 Blue Ox Base Plate Kit contain 2 attachment pins in the kit or sold separate.

If you are referring to the removable bracket arms that connect the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX3613 to the tow bar then yes they are included.
If you are referring to the pins that secure the arms to tow bar then it does not come with them. Those pins generally come with the tow bar. If you are looking for some, we do carry replacement pins in a pack of 2 # BX84-0140. If you would prefer locking pins to secure your tow bar and base plate we have a pack of 4 # BX88177.
