Does Install of Camco UltraGuard 5th Wheel Cover CAM45754 Require any Straps be Tied

Question:
Do all of the straps get tied in knots or are there buckles to snap together?

I spoke with my contact at Camco and he informed me that the Camco UltraGuard 5th Wheel Cover # CAM45754 that for every buckle there is a connection for it to go to. No tying of any straps at all would be required.
