Will a Draw-tite #24865 fit my 2012 Ford Fusion Sport model? My car has a dual exhaust setup thats different from the car in your photos, etc. Please let me know what you think. Thanks,

Yes, the Draw Tite hitch part # 24865 that you referenced is a confirmed fit for your 2012 Ford Fusion Sport that has dual exhaust. If you check out the install instructions that I attached you can see a diagram of this hitch being installed on a dual exhaust model.
